| i can't believe christmas and new years came and went so darn fast. another long year we have to wait...man this weather is so weird, i'm not sure that i like it, i wish it were colder. i'm bored and i don't really have much to say. i'm kind of looking forward to going back to college station and starting the semester, even tho it will be kind of busy. along with classes, i have to find a place to live for next year, figure out if i'm staying in cs for the summer, get a job in cs if i stay, then figure out what classes i should take if i stay, and then find someplace to stay for the summer, and i'm also looking for another organization to join... i hope it's not as complicated as it seems to me. hmmm hours-wise i'm technically a junior this semester, so technically, i guess i can WHOOP now..muahahaha..... i was on the computer in my brother's room the other day and found a game called 'Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault', i'm kinda gettin into it, i get to be a marine in 1941 and shoot down the japs at pearl harbor, it's rather fun.. anywhos i'm bored/tired and i'm seriously considering taking a bubble bath. ok so on a personal note, (and i don't think any guys read this but if you are one and you are reading this you should stop here hehe), but i have my first gyno appt. this week and i'm kinda freaking out. if anyone has any words of advice/words of comfort i would greatly appreciate them. (even tho crystal has told me to stop freaking out like a hundred times

| well the first days of Christmas break were not all that i was expecting them to be. i returned home with jubilous triumph in the fact that i had not let finals defeat me. all this joyousness came to a screeching halt, however, when the smackdown was laid upon me by a nasty stomach virus. i didnt get to see crystal in college station and i was stuck in bed for a day puking up my guts. *sigh* on a happier note, i now have a new baby niece! we went to the hospital to see her and my sister-in-law and the baby is sooooo tiny. she weighs a little less than 5 lbs. anywhos i'm still trying to feel better. i woke up on sunday morning to go to church and felt like crap so i stayed home and tried to sleep. the fam has decided it wants to go eat mexican food tonight.. hmmm..doesn't sound too appetizing at this point.. perhaps i'll just eat some beans..beans sound pretty safe.........actually, i guess beans have technically never been considered a "safe" food...more like a "musical" food..  | | |
| ahh it's so good to be home! i left college station at about 630 on tuesday after my math final  i loved looking at everybody's away messages and reading about their studying and cramming, and it gave me much pleasure to know that i was completely done and could just relax..yes, i know that's kinda mean but i don't care..hehe. i get to see crystal soon which is very exciting! my mom and i have been babysitting my nephew Jacob for the past two days cuz my sister-in-law thought she was going into labor. so they went to the hospital but then came back cuz they thought it was a false alarm. but then they ended up going back that night and my little niece was born right before midnight Dec. 14. i've been helping mumsy get the house all christmasy, but we still dont have a tree. the rents have been out of town and i wanted them to wait for me before we got one and so we still don't have one yet. oops. my dad and i will probably go try and find one today. gah i'm just so glad the semester is over! | | |
| ONE final left people, ONE!! i didn't sleep last night on account of massive studying so i'm a wee bit tired right now... yarrrrrrrrrrrrr! i can't wait to go home to la mia famiglia e i miei amici! anywhos it was another unproductive weekend that should have been productive. oh well, i've done pretty well on my finals so far so i'm happy. i went to see Rent again with Kristee, and it was just as amazing as the first time. but oh how i cried... i've downloaded some of the songs and i cheerfully sing along (tho not loud enough to where people in the hall can hear me). i'm having major trouble typing... i went to santa's wonderland! yaaaay! kristee and i kept holding up the line of cars cuz we kept on taking pics with our phones, esp in the aggie country area (which is OF COURSE my favorite place hehe) i'm pretty sure we might have pissed some people off, but we didn't care, it was fun. crystal moved back and is already in louisiana..and i get to see her soon and i'm very excited! well i am veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery tired so i'm going to take a rather large nap. i'm so happy it will all be over tomorrow! now i must go finish verbally sparring with graber.... i just realized that i said "i'm pretty sure we might have..." does that actually make any sense? i don't care, nighty night. | | |
| well all i can say is thank heaven for Advil Cold and Sinus. that stuff is AMAZING i tell you! this semester is almost over and i'm reeeeeeallly excited. Crystal is moving very soon and really happy that i'll get to see her soon. So it's been like two and a half months since i did my first work order to fix my hot water and it still isn't fixed yet. so i'm still taking lukewarm-freezing cold showers...yeah. these worker people are pretty much incompetent. But i got to eat breakfast this morning, so that put me in a better mood. I never have time to eat breakfast cuz of classes, but my 10:20 class was canceled so i headed to good ol' sbisa. i miss food of the breakfasty nature. For those of you who don't know (besides Natalie who witnessed it last year), i have a passion for hashbrowns and ketchup. i never get to eat it however cuz i never eat breakfast. anyways i was able to enjoy that this morning, except the syrup from my french toast was infiltrating my ketchupy hashbrowns and certain bites tasted rather odd.  oh well, it was still enjoyable. as for an update on boys: i still consider them a waste of time and inferior beings to us females | | |
